An experienced sports dietitian with a particular passionate about nutrition for youth nutrition, focusing on ensuring that children and teenagers receive the nutrients they need to fuel growth, development, and athletic performance. As a mum of two I understand the challenges families face in nourishing growing, active children.
Laekin specialises in women’s health, helping women build sustainable habits that support wellbeing across all life stages.
Her warm, approachable, and non-judgmental style empowers clients to make confident, lasting changes whether they’re striving to elevate their athletic performance or navigate the realities of family nutrition.

I have a deep passion for working with combat sport athletes, whose discipline and drive continually inspire me. My mission is simple: to solve problems, elevate performance, and deliver the highest standard of nutrition support.
A core part of my approach is optimising gut health, because a well-functioning gut underpins everything an athlete cares about- energy, recovery, immunity, and mental resilience. When your gut is performing, you perform.

A Sports Dietitian with experience working across a wide range of sports, Hannah combines evidence-based nutrition with a practical, down-to-earth approach, preaching balance to fit into real life and training demands.
Growing up in the world of athletics and dancing, Hannah brings a unique perspective to her work, understanding first-hand the physical and mental demands of high-performance sport and the challenges that come with balanced training, recovery, and nutrition.I work closely with athletes to translate sports nutrition science into simple, effective strategies that optimise energy, strength, and body composition, unique for each athlete.
My approach is evidence-based, yet practical, focusing on strategies that fit seamlessly into real life, no matter how busy or intense the training schedule.

I am passionate about sports nutrition and translating complex evidence and real-life experience into simple, practical, and individualised strategies that align with each athlete’s goals, training demands, and day-to-day life.
With a background in personal training and strength and conditioning, bringing a deep understanding of the energy demands of training, recovery, and performance.
With experience in both powerlifting and endurance running including competing in marathons and amateur powerlifting meets. He takes a hybrid athlete approach to help clients fuel effectively, recover well, and perform at their best.
