This is where STRIVE ACADEMY comes in, we specialise in helping youth and adolescent athletes unlock their full potential through tailored nutrition strategies. Our expert team of Accredited Practising Sport dietitians will:

A six month intensive one-on-one program for youth athletes offers personalised nutrition consulting tailored to each athlete's unique needs, goals, and training demands.

This program includes an in-depth assessment of current eating habits, body composition, overall health and activity levels with a focus on setting personalised goals to be achieved within the 6 month period.

Athletes will receive customised guidance and detailed meal plans taking into account personal preferences, medical history, school and training schedules.

Ongoing support and follow-ups ensure that athletes stay on track and make adjustments as needed. Habit tracker to help build sports nutrition principles into everyday habits empowering them to achieve their best performance both on and off the field.

What you will get:

  • 1 x 1 Hour Initial Consultation

    1 x 1 hr initial consultation with one of our Accredited Sports Dietitians to get to know you, your health and your performance goals. This session is all about getting to know you, your current nutrition habits and knowledge and to collaboratively set goals for the next 6 months.

  • 5 x 30 Min Review Consults

    5 x 30 minute review consults to assess progress, problem solve barriers and continue to set new goals and benchmarks as you progress.

  • Personalised Meal Plan

    A personalised meal plan including real food options and recipes. Meal plan updates that build on previous goals

GROUP EDUCATION SESSIONS

Our group education sessions are designed specifically for youth athletes to help them fuel their bodies for optimal performance and recovery. These interactive sessions cover key topics such as balanced nutrition, hydration, and timing meals around training and competition.

Participants will learn practical strategies to improve energy levels, support muscle growth, and maintain overall health, all tailored to the unique needs of active young athletes. The group setting fosters a supportive environment where athletes can ask questions, share experiences, and build healthy habits together.

What's Included:

All group education sessions will be delivered by one of our Accredited Sports Dietitians.

Group education sessions can be tailored to your team, school or clubs requirements.

Sessions can be in person or online at a time and place convenient for you.

All session attendees will receive a nutrition information booklet outlining the key messages covered in the session.

Sessions will include time for questions at the end to ensure the needs of your team are being met.
