Most nutrition advice starts with an assumption. This starts with your numbers.

The Performance Plan measures what your body is actually doing, then puts an Accredited Sports Dietitian in the room to turn those numbers into a plan you can follow.

What's included

• Body Composition Analysis. 2 x DEXA scans included. Two scans so you can track real changes in fat and muscle over time, not just a number on the scale.
• Resting Metabolic Rate Test. Lab tested. Understand your body's unique metabolic demands rather than relying on an online calculator.
• 1:1 Dietitian Consult. 60 minutes. A dedicated session with an Accredited Sports Dietitian to understand your goals and fine tune your plan.
• Tailored Nutrition Guidance. Personalised. A custom plan covering what and how much to eat to reach your goals.

Anyone who wants their training backed by measurement. Chasing a performance goal, changing body composition, or wanting to understand your metabolism and bone health properly for the first time.

What happens after you book

As soon as you check out, you'll be taken straight to our calendar to pick your appointment time. Your DEXA scan, RMR test and dietitian consult all happen in that single visit. We'll book your follow up DEXA scan with you later, once there's something to measure.

Please arrive fasted (no food for at least 4 hours beforehand) and avoid coffee or caffeine on the morning of your appointment, as both affect your RMR result. Avoid heavy exercise for 24 hours beforehand, arrive well hydrated, and wear light clothing with no metal (zips, underwire, jewellery) for the DEXA scan.
